4. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide complete and accurate information regarding items to be transported.
• Ensure proper access to pickup and delivery locations.
• Inform us about fragile, valuable, hazardous, or special-care items in advance.
• Keep important documents, jewelry, cash, and valuables with themselves.

5. Restricted and Prohibited Items

Customers must not include illegal, hazardous, flammable, explosive, perishable, or prohibited items in their shipment. Hamsafar Packers and Movers reserves the right to refuse transportation of such items.

6. Delivery Timelines

Delivery schedules are estimated and may vary due to weather conditions, traffic, road restrictions, government regulations, vehicle breakdowns, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. We shall not be held liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

7. Damage and Liability

• While we take utmost care in handling goods, minor scratches, dents, or damages may occur during transit.
• Liability is limited as per applicable laws and agreed service terms.
• Claims for loss or damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Compensation, if applicable, shall be determined after proper verification.

8. Insurance

Transit insurance is recommended for valuable shipments. Insurance coverage is subject to the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. Hamsafar Packers and Movers acts only as a facilitator where applicable.

9. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellation requests should be made as early as possible.
• Advance payments may be non-refundable in certain circumstances.
• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and operational feasibility.
